These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Onbook website and services. By requesting or receiving services from Onbook, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided remotely are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change after an on-site inspection or if additional work is required. We will communicate any change before proceeding.

Booking and cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. If we cannot complete the work due to site conditions, a service call fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept common payment methods and may require a deposit for larger jobs.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the job and property. Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area. Obtain any approvals (such as condo board or landlord permission) required for the work.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair we performed fails under normal use within 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right. This limited warranty does not cover parts supplied by the customer, pre-existing issues, or damage caused by misuse.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onbook's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service area

Services are currently offered within the Greater Toronto Area. Availability for specific postal codes may vary and is confirmed at the time of booking.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
